Pastelaria Venezuela was founded, most probably, by Portuguese emigrants in Venezuela, where the Portuguese community is well known by their bakeries.
Here one can have a nice piece of pastry with a cold beverage, either indoors or on the outdoors terrace.
As a personal note, it was in the terrace of this place that I decided to buy my current GPS (Garmin Oregon 550) after a long period of reflection.
