Is is another property benchmark like the one I logged by the Issaqueena dam (Waymark Code: WMF9W9).

Issaqueena Dam Road is closed to motor traffic so you will need to hike in. Bikes and horses are allowed on most of the trails. There is a big map board of the trails at the parking lot end of the road to help you out.

You will have a nice walk in the woods and along Lake Hartwell.

To find this site you will walk from the parking area at the beginning of Issaqueena Dam Road as if you were going to the dam. a short distance there is the first of two forestry access roads to the left you can go down ether the first or second because when you get to the end there is a trail that connects the end of both roads. if you take the first road you will encounter a fork go down the right fork. When you reach the end of the road a trail leads off into the woods and will take you to the marker. The maker is about 10 feet off the trail about half way down the trail and is about 50 yards from the shore of Lake Hartwell.
