A tidal benchmark disk east of the east end of the wharf on Monhegan Island, Maine. Benchmark disk is set in a low bedrock outcrop at the southeast corner of the cafe at the end of the wharf, on the north side of the gravel road leading to the center of the village, and beneath a picnic table. Mark is stamped "No. 3 1943 U.S. Coast & Geodesic Survey Benchmark."
