The "Central" chain of shopping malls is the classy shopping mall chain in the Kingdom of Thailand. Outside the new Central mall in the southern city of Surat Thani is this fountain. A single, tall water jet, surrounded by two dozen or more smaller jets, rather attractive. The fountain is located at the front of the mall, easily observed as one approaches.
I visited on the opening day (11th October 2012), and there were a dozen or more other people photographing the fountain.
