Barney Lee Clay was a member of the Woodsmen of the World and is buried in Clay Cemetery near Geneva, KY in Henderson County. His headstone carries the emblem of the organization. Clay lived from 1888-1917 and from research found that he died of tuberculous. He was the son of Rose and Barnett Clay, who was also a W.O.W member and is buried very near here.
