The central Post Office of Ho Chi Minh city is a sight to see. Constructed over a century ago, its elegance is indicative of imperial architecture. It was constructed between 1886-91. Over the main entrance is a clock, and below the clock are these two dates. The text above the clock translates as: "Ho Chi Minh City Post Office".
