This is a good all-around Chinese restaurant serving northeast Salem. They have inexpensive but filling lunch specials and among their house specialties are the sesame chicken and salt & pepper shrimp. The interior and exterior decor have been recently updated, although the external walls of the second floor (not part of the dining area) could stand to be repainted. Service here is always fast.
