DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1966 AT JOHNSTOWN. AT JOHNSTOWN, SET ON THE TOP OF THE EDGE OF THE GRANITE FOUNDATION OF THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF THE FORMER POST OFFICE BUILDING NOW OWNED BY THE CITY OF JOHNSTOWN, ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF MARKET STREET, BETWEEN MAIN AND LOCUST STREET, 16.3 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 93 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CURB OF LOCUST STREET, 25 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CURB OF MARKET STREET, 28 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO NORTHWEST SIDE OF BUILDING, AND 5 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE SIDEWALK.
