The bronze memorial is a rifle holding with a combat helmet on top with a pair of combat boots in front. It is in the center a large star. Between the points of the stars are bronze plaques with the seal of each branch of service.

Note: This memorial is on an active air force base with restricted access. The easiest access is for an active, reserve, or retired service member or while being accompanied by an individual in that status.
