This year stone is on a three story, detached building on the north side of Crowndale Road in London.

The year stone, that says 'AD 1897', is at the top of the building, beneath the eaves, close to the centre of the building. Another stone inscription is on the middle floor and reads: 'Old / Saint / Pancras / Church / House' and it was for this purpose that the building was constructed.

Beneath that stone is a board that says 'Theatro Technis' and this is what the building is now used for.

The building is number 26 and the entrance door is at the left edge of the building. It has a large, Portland stone surround extending to half the buildings height. Above the door is a religious statue also in Portland stone.
