This is a monument for the 300th anniversary of City Rights of the city of Pfullingen which were given at 1699. The monument is located at the 'Griesstraße' in Pfullingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The city of Pfullingen became the City Rights in the year 1699. So they existes for 300 years in 1999.

this monument was a donation by the local crafts association 'Das Handwerk'.

It exists of a water pump and a nice small sculpture a tanner working on a fur. The artist of this sculpture is unknown. It consists of bronze. There's a plaque with details. Its heigt is only 15 cm.
