One would be forgiven for thinking that this is in fact a ferry office, and not a library. The reason being that this building is situated on the Tapee River, immediately adjacent to the city pier.
The library is a long, rectangular building, stretching along the River. Inside are computers, and a great variety of books, magazines, and reading material, most, but not all, in Thai.
