The map has an old fashioned, hand drawn look to it but it is very effective in aiding navigation around the Temple grounds. The map is orientated with north up. All the main buildings are shown. The map also has a number of 'Historical Notes, marked on the map with the corresponding legend at the lower edge.

Temple Church is a few paces to the north east of the map location.
