The clock is not the most elegant and is, in fact, very simple. It is under the apex of the building on the centreline. The clock face projects from the wall of the building and is round and white in colour. There are no minute marks just black hour marks. The hour marks are traditional Roman numerals for a clock face with 'IIII' being used instead of 'IV' for four. The hands are black and both hands have short tails.
