A granite post marking one point on the boundary line between the towns of Newbury and Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts. It is along the Refuge Road on Plumb Island.

This is one of many granite posts used to mark points on the boundary lines between towns in Massachusetts, in this case, the Town of Newbury and the Town of Rowley. The letters "N" (for Newbury) and "R" (for Rowley) are inscribed on opposite sides. It is approximately eight inches square and five feet high.

The marker is located on the west side of the Refuge Road, south of the observation parking area along the North Pool Dike.
