This mosaic is at the top of the escalators in Terminal B, International airport, dedicated in 2011. The artist is Suzanne Adan, a local. Most of it was assembled in place. It is in the pre-security area.

Glass tiles pieces were made in Munich, Germany by Franz Mayer.
The cattails are typical of low lying ditches throughout the area. Note the black and white magpie feathers? It playfully shows both flight and nature.
