Nový Drahov was founded during the medieval colonization process in the 13th century at the latest. The village is not very big and it is formed by scattered enclosed homesteads built in the fashion of "Frankish Farmsteads" mostly in the 18th and 19th century. The houses are largely two-storied half-timbered buildings adjoined by farm outbuildings. The half-timbered gables are richly decorated, some even with complex chessboard patterns between windows.
There is a pottery and pottery shop in the house No. 1. In the house No. 6 you will find a guest house and restaurant.

Unikátní soubor šesti typických selských usedlostí pocházející z 18. a 19. století. Štíty domu jsou hrázdené a bohate zdobené. V dome c. 1 je hrncírská dílna s prodejnou keramiky. V dome c. 6 najdete penzion a restauraci Selský dvur.
