AT HEFLIN, 36 FEET NORTH-EAST OF THE NORTH-EAST CORNER OF THE COUNTY COURT HOUSE, 20 FEET WEST OF THE EAST WALL OF THE COURTHOUSE YARD, 6.3 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH WALL OF THE COURTHOUSE WALL, 1 FOOT EAST OF A WHITE MARKER POST STENCILED U.S.B.M. A STANDARD DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.
