The courthouse is located on a hill top in downtown Heflin, AL. This courthouse was built in 1907 and is built in the Classical Revival style. There is a copula with a clock and a statue of “Lady Justice” on top of the courthouse. The clock face is black. The hands and numbers are white and Roman Numerals are used for the numbers.
