Puvodní kostel v obci Fort byl pozdne renesancní, založen roku 1606. Kostel byl znicen a znovu postaven v barokním slohu v roce 1775. Obnoven byl na pocátku 20. století, od konce války chátrá.

The original church in the village of Fort was late Renaissance, founded in 1606. The church was destroyed and rebuilt in the Baroque style in 1775. It was rebuilt in the early 20th century, since the end of the war deteriorates.
