The Subway Restaurant is open whenever the shopping centre is open as follows:
Monday to Thursday and Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
I usually enjoy a Subway Melt at least once a week from this Subway while in Darwin.
