Located in the center of Tiraspol, this monument can be found side by side with other significant memorials. There is an eternal flame and a monument to the Soviet Afghanistan War. Also a T34 tank, as a memorial for the Second World War.

Although the name and the country of this waymark mentions Moldova, Transnistria it's a "de facto" country, even if its existence is not recognized by the international community.
