The Wells County 4-H fair is held each year here in 4-H park in Bluffton. The fair doesn not have carnival rides or grandstand entertainment. The fair is strictly set to 4-H exhibitors. Attendance is light but loyal. There is a limited amount of typical fair food available too of course.
