I love little Mom & Pop hole in the walls, especially if they have great food! The Biscuit Company was a great find while I was in NC for work. Open from 5am to 2pm Monday through Saturday and 6am to 2pm on Sunday. Sorry I can't rate the coffee because I don't drink it, but everything I've had there is excellent! Looking for a great little breakfast place, then this it it.
