Red and white checkered and striped water tower located in the flat valley area east of the City of Spokane Valley. The offices of the Consolidated Irrigation District are located near the base of this water tower.

The Consolidated Irrigation District was formed in 1968. From what I can see there is approximately 12 of these water towers in the largely unincorporated valley area. Another of my favorites as I recall seeing these towers sticking up all over the landscape as a child.
