This belltower at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church is clearly visible from King's Highway.

When I think of belltowers, I think of the massive stone structures in the town square of European Cities. This is a thoroughly modern structure, built with electrically powered clappers in mind (and in place). This belltower has no stairs or ladders, enclosed or otherwise.

Unfortunately, I can't find anything online (visit link) about Christ the King Church, and when it was built. It was built with the same yellow brick that was used on the brick of the church itself, so it was likely built at the same time (rather than later, as is often the case).
