This U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey benchmark (designated W 386) is located near the intersection of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and Quackenbush Road crossing.

The mark is just off the shoulder of the road, about 3 feet from an old farmer fence. The mark is set in a round concrete monument that is 1 or so inches above the level of the ground. There is a witness post that stands 1.5-2 feet tall that is located 2 feet northwest of the mark.
