This Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh Railway Benchmark (designated B 43.35 L) is located in the top of a concrete culvert running under the Balitomore and Ohio Railroad.

The mark is set flush in the top of a concrete culvert, east of the rail line - approximately 19 feet from the rail and 6 feet below the level of the track. The disk itself is only a 2 inches from the eastern end of the culvert as the concrete has crumbled away. However the mark is in good shape, and should remain in stable condition.
