Kašna byla vystavena roku 1783. Je postavena z materiálu získaného ze staré fortny, která spadla v breznu 1782. Puvodne ji mel stavet místní kameník Kvícala. Ten se ale nepohodl s úrady a kašnu vytvoril kameník z Horaždovic.
The fountain was built in 1783. It is constructed from material obtained from the old gates of which fell in March 1782. Originally it was to build by the local stonemason Kvícala. But he fell out with the authorities and a fountain was made ??by stone mason from Horaždovice.
