This official NGS Survey Disk is located just east of Hwy 299, heading west, off the Old Oregon Trail Rd onramp merges onto Hwy 299.

It was monumented in 2004 by the California Spatial Reference Center and through the California Department of Transportation. There is a metal cover that accesses the survey disk inside.
