Katusice is a village and municipality in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Church of the Assumption of Our Lady stands on the square in Katusice. It was built in 1853. It was not the first church that stood here. Already in the 14th century was here the parish church, but was destroyed.

In the 16th century the church was rebuilt in late Gothic style. Unfortunately, it was again destroyed - burned down in 1847 after a lightning strike. The citizens of Katusice built a new church in neo-Gothic style, which at that time was a modern style in 1853.

V obci Katusice stojí na námestí kostel Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, postavený v roce 1853. Nebyl ale prvním kostelem, který zde stával. Již v 14. století zde byl farní chrám, ale byl znicen.

V 16. století byl postaven znovu ve slohu pozdní gotiky. Bohužel byl opet znicen - vyhorel roku 1847 po úderu blesku. Obcané si postavili v roce 1853 nový kostel ve slohu novogotickém, což v té dobe byl moderní sloh.
