The Herzberg look-out tower is located in the heart of the mountains Taunus in Hessen, Germany. It is dated from 1910 but has been completely renovated in 2009. Nowadays it looks like a ancient roman Limes watch-tower. 110 steps are leading to the top from where under good weather conditions the sight is up to 100 kilometers to the south. Parking and a restaurant are nearby.

Der Herzbergturm befindet sich im Herzen des Taunus. Grundsteinlegung war in 1910. Der Turm wurde aber 2009 gründlich renoviert und sieht nun aus wie ein alter römischer Limes-Wachturm. 110 Stufen führen nach oben. Von dort hat man bei gutem Wetter bis zu 100 km Fernsicht in südlicher Richtung. Direkt am Turm befindet sich ein Parkplatz und ein Restaurant.
