The Warsaw Building was built in 1915. It is a one-story brick building with Art Deco style stone detailing and lettering. The building originally was the J.C. Penney's Store. Penney's move to a new building in 1930 at which time the building was remodeled. The south half of teh building housed Warshaw's a "men's furnishings store", the basement housed the Walnut Barber and Beauty Shop. The north half of the building was remodeled for a Servey Store.

The building is in good condition and houses a beauty salon and a law firm.
