The building at 210 West Spruce was built in 1955. The building is a one story commercial building constructed of tan brick. The transom of the building has brick laid in a checkerboard pattern. The building is a transition era building when the downtown buildings were changing from retail to professional offices. The building is in good condition and is used by an insurance office.
