Treasure Palace is open for lunch Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 2:30 PM, dinner Monday to Thursday 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Firday & Saturday 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Sunday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

I often pass here and when open they seem to have a good number of cars in the parking area.
