The coordinates are for the entrance area of the library. You can enter from either Lorain Road or Butternut Ridge. I do not know if this signal is available outside of library hours. I could not pull in this signal while sitting in the parking lot, though I was in my car and have built-in wireless in my laptop. Connection from inside the library is quick and easy.
