The house 1108 7th Street was built circa 1910. The house shows strong Mediterranean features including its Italianate Villa style corner tower, arcaded porch and balcony. The two story house has a stucco exterior with wood shingle roof.

The house appears to be in good condition and continues to serve as a private residence.
