There is a trail around Devil's Tower that's about 2 km. (1.3 miles). You get a good look on all the different sides of this tower.
Halfway around this trail you can find these binoculars on a viewpoint across the meadows, away from the national monument. It's also a good viewpoint to look at climbers on the tower.
