The Lowery Clevenger house was built in 1905. The two story house is in a Dutch Colonial style. The house has a gambrel roof with fish scale shingles on the front facing gable end. The house has a metal roof with dormers which have the fish scale shingles as their exterior.

The house appears to be well maintained and is in very good condition. It continues to serve as a private residence.
