AT WHITMIRE, NEWBERRY COUNTY, IN THE SOUTHWEST BRICK WALL OF THE CITY HALL, 72 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF GILLIAM STREET, ABOUT 60 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF MAIN STREET, 1-1/4 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 5 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED 428.739 P 22 1934 AND SET VERTICALLY.
