This painted advertisement is located along Main Street in downtown Taunton, apparently to a store that used to be in the building.

In Taunton's downtown section, along Main Street and on the side of a brick building is a painted advertisement. The sign has the following on it:

Lace Store
BIG Cash Carry
Fashion Store
Right Side:
Dana's
Home of the [ ? ]
Furniture
& Appliances
Cash Charge [ ? ]
Between the two sets of text is some kind of fixture with a triangle in white, which may make an arrow pointing down.
The large, block letters are painted in white, while much of the smaller, script letters were painted in a darkish yellow.
Unfortunately, I could not find any further information concerning the sign or the store that the sign is advertising. Thus, it is difficult to pin a date on the sign.
The sign is in good condition. The colors are there and most of it is readable. The right side appears to be covered in a whitewash or similar stain. Over the left side looks like some roof runoff damage.
