This mark is set in the face of a boulder alongside Chalk Creek Road east of Coalville, Utah. A lot of debris had to be removed to expose the disc.

4.6 miles east from Coalville. 4.6 miles east along State Highway 133 from the court house at Coalville, set vertically in the north face at the north-west end of a large outcrop which projects about 6 feet above the ground, 28 feet south of the center line of the highway, 3.7 feet southwest of a witness post, about 5 feet higher than the highway, and 0.4 foot above the ground.
