The city of Pingxiang is located hard up against the Chinese border with Vietnam, only four or so hours away from Hanoi by bus.
The bus station for this municipality is a large, multi-story building found near the city centre. The ground floor of which is filled with ticket counters, bag scanning machines, and seats for travellers to rest themselves upon. Behind this building is are bus bays for arrivals and departures, plus a bus parking area.
From here folk travel to Vietnam, and further onwards into China. Little English is spoken. I suggest a printed copy of your destination, or you may find yourself at an unexpected location. Restrooms yes, but I would suggest your hotel before departure.
