The stone monument located at the township municipal building and bears the names of 108 township men and women who served in all branches of the armed forces. The Monument was dedicated on November 11, 2009 and is the newest monument in Cambria County The monument is accessible to travelers from both downtown Johnstown and northern sections of the county.

Description of Memorial: Located next to the Township Shed and has American Flags and Flowers surrounding the front of it. There are three panels, the left and the right have a seal of the six Armed Forces Branches The Center has a two American Flag Inscriptions as well as a POW-MIA Logo.
