The disk is marked with a "3" but there are no other markers out on either the pier on the east side of the Genesee River Harbor, or on the west side. This pier on the east side of the river is badly deterioriated, with much of the concrete surface rough to the point of seeing the rebar supports.

Benchmark listings exist at (visit link) for numbers "1" and "2", but the listing for "1" indicates that all that is left is a chiseled circle (last marked found in 2007), and for "2", only a dnf listing on the same date.
