This clock is a central feature of the famous market and tourist attraction the 'Ben Thanh Market', which is situated just a little east from the backpacker area of Ho Chi Minh.
In design the clock is two-faced, atop a white tower (the same design as the market), ~10m high, on the middle of the southern wall of the market. The clock has the numerals 12, 3, 6, and 9, with individual hour markers between. The brand of the clock is 'Gimiko', which I gather is a Vietnamese clock brand. The clock faces into a large traffic roundabout.
There are two clock faces, telling the correct time to the tourists and optimists, who venture inside in order to find a bargain (not impossible, but, to be frank, unlikely—you are facing experts). The market is also used by locals.
