This is the only zinc headstone I have located so far in the historic and very large Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans.

Not many headstones in this, the older sections of the cemetery. Most are very ornate and large crypts and mausoleums. This zinc marker was stumbled upon. The cemetery is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is hard to take it all in on just one visit. The stext on the marker states
