Stone monument constructed of three granite panels, The outer dark granite panels list the names of those who lost their lives in the various wars. The center panel has the dedication and the seal of the United States. Behind the stone monument are flag poles for flags of each of the services.

Description of Memorial: The memorial is in front of a Gymnasium/Auditorium built by the WPA in 1938. It served in that capacity until 1962. It then served as American Legion Post #149 until 2006. It is now a business incubator set up to preserve the building.
