The building is a two-story brick commercial building. It is in a Plain Commercial style though larger and more elaborate than most of that style. The building referred to as the Korner Cigar Store however during territorial times it was a drug store and had a modern soda fountain which made it a popular gathering place.

The building appears to be in good condition.
