The turquoise Brienzersee (Lake Brienz), beatiful and almost 14 km long glacial lake, is situated in the spectacular mountain setting of the Bernese Oberland in Canton of Berne.

Brienzersee is located between the eastern side of Interlaken and the village of Brienz. The lake is renowned for the colour of its water - a deep turquoise. It’s a deep lake, over 250 m deep, with shores that plunge quickly from the nearby mountains and with very cold water.
